Description: The scope of the project is constructing a new advanced nutrient recovery building including supporting mechanical pipework/storage tank at the second largest WWTP facility in the southeastern United States,  At completion of work Ostara will operate the facility for ten years under contract with the City of Atlanta producing commercial fertilizer.
