Initial Bid Amount: $11,454,544

Description:   This LEEDS project includes the demolition of two Equalization Tanks, four Primary Clarifiers, an Influent Pump Station, and a Headworks Structure. Where the LEED footprint applied, the demolished concrete was crushed and screened to an acceptable gradation and reused as backfill . In place of the Equalization Tanks and Primary Clarifiers, an Operations Center and Maintenance Facility was constructed. Heavy’s built two new buildings (Office & Maintenance) with 25,000 sq. of floor space, constructed after demolition.
