Description: Construction of a new major improvement to existing WTP during ongoing operations.  Project included excavation adjacent existing building including renovations of existing plant equipment, electrical, laboratory, offices and building.  Access coordination was a major consideration in the construction of this project. All work was accomplished without a single interruption to water plant operations during construction
